Description

PVD- High Co content, fine grain substrate, good nano strength, and a good thermal stability silicon coating with a very low coefficient of friction, gives excellent cutting-edge strength. Recommended for semi-finishing turning in Stainless Steel.

CVD-Low Cobalt content, and high cubic content carbide substrate combine with thick TiCN and , treated with special after Al2O3 coating, which increases wear resistance. Preferred grade for semi finishing to finishing steel machining.

The preferred chip-breaker suitable for finishing ISO P and M material; 

 Sharp cutting edge, small cutting force,it reduces the risk of vibration knife during internal turning,small cutting depth, small feed rate with excellent chip break ability; 

 Good machining surface quality; 

 The best chip breaking range is Fn:0.05-0.2mm/r.
