Carbide rotary files have a wide range of uses and are used in industrial sectors such as machinery, automobiles, ships, chemicals, and craft engraving, with remarkable results. The main uses are:

(1) Finishing machining of various metal mold cavities, such as shoe molds, etc.

(2) Craft engraving of various metals and non-metals, and engraving of craft gifts.

(3) Clean the flash, burrs and welds of castings, forgings and weldments, such as machine foundries, shipyards, automobile factories, etc.

Of course, there are still some manufacturers that still use hand-made rotary files. The products they produce are very irregular and are prone to tremors, blade cracks, increased wear and tear during use, causing a lot of operating inconvenience. The main parameters of rotary files produced by CNC machines have high stability such as groove depth, groove width, groove concentration, blade angle, and helix angle. The result is of course that the latter is more convenient to operate, runs more smoothly, has better processing results, and is overall the most effective.

Operating Instructions:

Carbide rotary files are mainly driven by electric tools or pneumatic tools (can also be installed on machine tools). The rotation speed is generally 6000-40000 rpm. When using, the tool needs to be clamped and straightened, and the cutting direction should be from right to left. Move evenly and do not cut back and forth. At the same time, do not use excessive force. To prevent chips from flying around during work, please wear protective glasses.
